No Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect choice, or unwanted goods.
Refunds will only be considered where the item is defective due to a manufacturing fault.
To request a refund for a suspected manufacturing defect:
* Proof of purchase must be provided.
* The item may be inspected or tested to determine whether the issue is due to a manufacturing fault.
* Damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, improper handling, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow the manufacturer’s instructions will not be considered a manufacturing defect.
* Where a genuine manufacturing fault is confirmed, an appropriate remedy will be provided in accordance with your statutory rights.
